Luke is a pragmatic and outcome focused professional with over 17 years’
experience in the practical application of strategic leadership, cyber and
protective security, human resources, finance, infrastructure, risk
management, audit, governance, change management, project management,
procurement, and contract management.
Luke’s experience has been tested and evaluated at the highest levels of
commercial industry, mining & energy, federal, state and local
government sectors, demonstrating measurable successes across complex and
multi-disciplinary operating environments.
Luke ha delivered enterprise risk management, governance, and security
strategy outcomes and solutions for some of Australia’s most critical
strategic infrastructure and has provided protective security advice and
training both nationally and internationally.
Luke has been utilised as a subject matter expert witness regarding key
infrastructure and security related issues that have surfaced in the
public domain, successfully testing his competence and experience within
both commercial and relevant government sectors.
Luke has chaired board appointed security working groups and acted as the
secretariat for several department’s cyber and protective security
Critical Incident Response Teams (CIRT).
With decades of experience in legislative reform in human rights and
humanitarian legal matters in addition to working with refugees for the
United Nations (IOM) on Christmas Island and running her own international
human rights organisation, Andrea is adept in parliamentary lobbying,
human rights advocacy and as a legal strategist.
Andrea has years of experience working in Government, including writing
policy and legislation for the Commonwealth and ACT Attorney-Generals and
working in procurement, reviewing tenders and in managing government
contracts.
Andrea has worked to Federal, State and Local Governments.
As a legal academic, Andrea taught Corporations Law, Contracts, Torts,
Consumer Law, Leadership and Management, and ran her own Business and
Human Rights Consulting Firm.
Andrea has been a Board Member to several international human rights and
humanitarian groups, including for the Legal fraternity.
Andrea brings a people-centred approach to legislative compliance,
governance, project management and strategic thinking with a broad set of
skills, experience and leadership acumen.
With a 23 year career in The Australian Army, including four deployments
to Afghanistan, Timor, Iran and Iraq, Daniel Harrison is an expert
marksman and has held several roles, including Soldier Combat Systems from
2016, Land Simulation/Land Training Capability from 2018, and the Special
Operations Command to Army at the School of Infantry.
Daniel Harrison was the Project Manager to all Australian Target Systems
Companies, preparing soldiers in a live combat training scenarios in order
to reduce stressors and increasing levels of familiarity by replicating
the operational environment using state-of-the art technology and war-like
simulation.
